Your organization has executed a License Agreement with Avid Learner, Inc., 2421 Edgewood Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15241, which provides access under certain conditions to pre-session and post-session assignments on this web site. In order to access these documents, you must read and agree to the terms of the End User License Agreement.
End User License Agreement
Please read the entire End User License Agreement (this "Agreement") carefully. By downloading any Program Materials from the Avid Learner web site, you accept all of the terms and conditions. You agree that this Agreement is enforceable like any written negotiated agreement signed by you. This Agreement is enforceable against you and/or any other person or legal entity ("Third Party") that obtains these Program Materials and on whose behalf they are used. If you do not agree, do not download these Program Materials.
1. Definitions. “Avid Learner, Inc.” means Avid Learner, Inc., 2421 Edgewood Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15241, a Pennsylvania Corporation.
The term “Program Materials” means the participant workbooks, pre-session assignments, post-session assignments, facilitator guides, other program handouts, software, slides, videotapes, graphics and/or other works related or attributable to the Star@Work ® training program.
The terms "Use" or "Using" mean to access, install, download, print, copy or otherwise benefit from using the Program Materials.
2. License. The Program Materials are to be used by no more than one single participant in the Star@Work ® training program. More than one person may not use them either simultaneously or consecutively, except when explicitly permitted by Avid Learner, Inc.
As long as you comply with the terms of this Agreement, Avid Learner, Inc. grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the Program Materials for the purposes described within.
You may install and Use one copy of the Program Materials on your computer, and you may print or make one copy of the program materials for your own Use, up to two times. Any copy of the Program Materials that you make must contain the same copyright and other proprietary notices that appear on or in them.
3. No Transmission or Modification. You may not transfer Program Materials to a Third Party (e.g., a colleague, manager, or someone from another Organization), except when explicitly permitted by Avid Learner, Inc. You may not modify, translate, disassemble, duplicate, reproduce or transmit the Program Materials.
4. No Derivative Works. You may not create derivative works from the Program Materials.
5. Copyright. The Program Materials are protected by law, including without limitation the copyright laws of the United States and other countries, and by international treaty provisions. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights.
