Development Plans

How do star performers boost their productivity? They set specific, time-bound goals-a simple process that helps them achieve something of value. We're all born with this goal-directed behavior. We use it in our everyday lives to get what we need. For instance, if you need a new pair of shoes, you go to the store and buy them. You plan a summer vacation to the beach, and you take it. This is goal-directed behavior in its simplest form.

In the Star@Work® sessions, learners decide which aspects of their performance need improvement. They create personal development plans to accelerate their performance. And they partner with a coach to get support in achieving meaningful goals.
