Prior Experiences Prior to her current role as an independent consultant, Cate was Director of Strategy and Business Planning for Hewlett Packard’s Software Services organization, based in Fort Collins, Colorado. There she was responsible for shaping the strategy of the business, and using her communication skills as a primary Change Agent. She also has applied her engineering background to avionics and systems design and development at Boeing; and to computer manufacturing and testing for Magnetic Peripherals Inc.
