Amy Foster

Amy Foster is an Adjunct Senior Consultant for Avid Learner, Inc. She is the President and founder of Unbridled Performance, LLC, a change management consulting firm.  She is an expert in the field of Accelerated Learning, especially as it relates to developing cultures of accountability and commitment, creating high performance teams and shared leadership.  The Avid Learner team works in partnership with Amy and Unbridled Performance to deliver experiential, horse-enhanced team development sessions. 

 Amy is the developer of “Horse Enhanced Accelerated Learning”, a unique outdoor business simulation utilizing horses to create an accelerated learning environment where top management teams can learn the importance of and gain skills in:
