Avid Learner, Inc. is a network of talent management and organizational development experts, facilitators, coaches and designers who specialize in accelerating the performance of individual contributors, leaders, teams and entire organizations.  Each consultant is a seasoned professional, with an average of over 20 years of experience in the field.

In addition to delivering Avid Learner training programs, our consultants are available to deliver customized facilitation or training.

David Binder is a Senior Consultant for Avid Learner, Inc.  He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz School of Business.

Alice Pescuric

Alice Pescuric is a Senior Consultant for Avid Learner, Inc.

Amy Foster

Amy Foster is an Adjunct Senior Consultant for Avid Learner, Inc. She is the President and founder of Unbridled Performance, LLC, a change management consulting firm.  She is an expert in the field of Accelerated Learning, especially as it relates to developing cultures of accountability and commitment, creating high performance teams and shared leadership.  The Avid Learner team works in partnership with Amy and Unbridled Performance to deliver experiential, horse-enhanced team development sessions. 

 Amy is the developer of “Horse Enhanced Accelerated Learning”, a unique outdoor business simulation utilizing horses to create an accelerated learning environment where top management teams can learn the importance of and gain skills in:

  • Developing a clarity of vision, mission, and goals
  • Gaining commitment to action
  • Opening honest communication channels
  • Encouraging individual accountability and shared leadership
  • Building strategic thinking capabilities and customer focus
