Key Capabilities and Experience

Lisa began her career in training and development in 1987. She has gained experience in private industry and consulting organizations over the past 23 years through a combination of training program design, delivery and project management opportunities working with domestic and international clients. Lisa has worked with clients to assess needs, design and develop training solutions to meet a variety of learning and development objectives including technical training on computers and furniture construction, retail sales, frontline and leadership development, teambuilding, and leadership assessment and coaching.

Prior Experiences

Prior to her current role as an independent consultant, Lisa was a Senior Consultant and Team Leader for Development Dimensions International (DDI), based in Chicago. Lisa’s area of focus was customization projects involving the tailoring and ground up design and development of specialized training and development solutions.

Prior to DDI, Lisa held a variety of positions in manufacturing and retail organizations. She was director of training and development for department store and furniture retail chains, and a training consultant for two different manufacturing organizations.

Lisa has consulted with clients at all levels of leadership, across all functional areas, and in multiple industries including banking and finance, marketing, healthcare, insurance, higher education, federal government and armed forces, retail, and manufacturing. Her client portfolio includes Johnson & Johnson, Ohio State University Medical Center, Microsoft, Hitachi, Coca Cola, Bank of America, Eaton, Rabobank, Kimberly Clark, and PPG.
