Prior Experiences Prior to her association with Avid Learner, Pam was with Development Dimensions International (DDI), a Pittsburgh-based consulting firm. At DDI, she served in a number of leadership roles including Regional Consulting Manager, Product Manager and Senior Marketing Consultant. She worked with organizations of all sizes and industries, helping leaders implement performance management, leadership development and selection systems that supported their business strategies. Prior to DDI, Pam was the Director of Operation Enterprise for the American Management Association (AMA). In this position, she directed national marketing and public relations efforts and developed and presented leadership training programs. Prior to AMA, Pam served in a marketing role for McGraw-Hill Publications in New York City. Client Experience Pam has consulted with organizations in a variety of sectors including: high tech, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, retail, higher education, government, banking and financial services. She has worked with Oracle, Boeing, NASA, Citigroup, Cigna, PNC, Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, Gillette, Coca-Cola, USA Today and Carnegie Mellon University. Pam has extensive domestic and international experience in managing large-scale human resources projects. She often works with senior-level audiences, helping leaders connect HR initiatives to desired business results. Recent projects include: delivery of multi-day programs to build global leadership bench strength; design and delivery of an innovative critical thinking program for individual contributors; and development of interview tools that enhance leaders’ talent acquisition efforts.
